Shabaam Sahdeeq, known in Hip-Hop as an indie G.O.A.T,
teams up with mega-producer Nick Wiz for a collaborative EP titled ‘Cabin Fever.’
The first single and animated video “Thunderin” is available on all major
platforms.
The animated video captures the perfect “thunderin” storm
outside the lab, which only houses the necessities for this emcee/producer duo.
Sahdeeq wastes no time to attack the monsoon
of bass and drums with rounds of lyrical calisthenics. “I’m not cut from a
cloth I’m chiseled out of stone.” It’s evident he’s mobilizing the streets and side-sweeping
amateurs begging for clout.
Wiz displays his production mastery with a brewing
arrangement of gritty, concrete shaking cadences that intensifies Sahdeeq’s
problematic bars. The unprecedented chemistry between Sahdeeq and Wiz is sure
to have Hip-Hop heads pressing repeat and DJ’s blazing the 1’s & 2’s.
