The hazy, smoked-out production from Swedish beatsmith Twelvebit is the perfect backdrop as E takes listeners on a cryptic but self-reflective journey within his life on the dark side of the streets and shows how a true soldier always stands “10” toes down.

“Dark Side” is a truly underground journey with a dark sonic landscape reminiscent of the heydays of CNN, DITC, and Duck Down. E holds it down in typical “Bear Handz” fashion with intricately woven details of the streets and introspective bars and wordplay as a true veteran in the game. The project’s first 3 video singles, the eerie, “Children Of The Night” (shot in Amsterdam), the slick street banger, “Don’t Mix Ya Dishes,” and the hazily reflective, lo-fi heater, “10,” all help summarize the ominously threatening allure of the street life, or as E describes it, “the dark side of things.” ethemadassassin’s “Bear Handz 4: Dark Side Of The Mountain” is now available on all platforms.
