and DJ Access (who continuously work with some of the best rappers in the
game).
Elzhi (former member of Slum Village) has been widely acknowledged in
the Hip Hop world as being of one of the best lyricists of the past two
decades.
Indeed, Elzhi’s flow is smooth and his rhyme schemes on this track
are on another level. Meeco’s beat is reminiscent of the late J
Dilla and DJ Access’ cuts a razor-sharp hitting with the
precision of a samurai. All this makes ”Back In The Days” a timeless
masterpiece.
